We are so excited to be hosting our third annual Gala Dinner later this year.

 

We warmly invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening, filled with inspiring stories, celebration and the opportunity to become part of our journey.

 

There'll be a delicious three-course meal, live entertainment, an auction, and time to dance the night away.

Ticket Options​

We have a few different ticket options available for you to choose from. All prices are VAT exempt.

​

Individual Tickets:

​Each ticket includes entry to the event, a drink on arrival, a three course meal with wine on the tables, and a gift bag.

The price for an individual ticket is £75.

​

Standard Tables:

This ticket includes ​a private table for up to 10 guests, with each guest receiving all the benefits of an individual ticket.

The price for a standard table is £750.

​

Premium Tables:

​This ticket includes everything included for a standard table, plus champagne for the table, chance to contribute an item to the gift bags, a mention in the event programme, and your logo on the main screen at the event.​

The price for a premium table is £1,250.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We are looking for businesses and individuals to sponsor the event in a number of ways.

It is possible to sponsor the event even if you aren't able to join us on the night.

​

Each sponsorship package includes the following:​

  • Your name/logo included in the printed materials for the event.

  • Your name/logo on the main screen at the event.

  • A thank you from the front at the event.

  • Your name/logo included in posts across our social media channels.

  • The option to contribute an item to the gift bags.

​

Arrival Drinks - £985 + VAT

Includes a branded sign on the drinks table to say 'Drinks sponsored by...'​

​

Wine - £560 + VAT

Includes a branded sign on each table to say 'Wine sponsored by...'​

​

Gift Bags - £1,200 + VAT

Includes ​a branded sticker on each gift bag to say 'Sponsored by...'​

​

String Quartet - £500 + VAT

​

DJ - £595 + VAT

​

Other financial donations:

Please let us know if you would like to make a donation towards the event for an amount of your choosing without sponsoring a particular element of the event.

Auction:

We are hoping to run an auction at the event and are looking for a range of prizes to be donated towards this.

​

Booking

If you would like to book a space at our Gala Dinner, you can do so by either completing the booking form below or emailing us at gala@hiddentreasuretrust.com - please include your phone number in the email.

​

Payment will not be taken at the point of booking. Once we have the details needed, our accounts team will send you an invoice via email which can then be paid via the link on the invoice or by bank transfer. Please be aware that payment must be made prior to the event.

  1. Is there onsite parking available?
    There is a private car park on site, with space for up to 200 vehicles to be parked free of charge. Vehicles can be left overnight at your own risk.
